Sodexo Belgium starts working with OnGuard
OnGuard has expanded its client base by welcoming on board the Belgium arm of Sodexo. The move follows the excellent results achieved for Sodexo Netherlands after adopting OnGuard’s credit management software.
Sodexo Belgium’s prior system lacked the necessary functionality and usability and required the support of Outlook and Excel for planning customer contact, sending reminders, and creating reports. The range of Sodexo’s client base means that it is valuable to introduce a system allowing staff to identify payment priorities.
Sodexo will use OnGuard to improve efficiency by providing a greater structure and reducing the average payment term.
