Credit, collections and complaints software specialist, OnGuard, is delighted to announce that it has received the accolade of ‘Most Innovative ICT Company’ at the 2011 TIM Awards.
Known as the ‘TIMMIES’, the Awards recognize the Most Innovative ICT Leader, Most Innovative ICT Company and Most Innovative ICT Vendor, and were held during the CIO Diner Show at the Orangerie in 's-Hertogenbosch on March 15, 2011. A joint initiative of ICT Media and CIO Magazine, the awards encourage leaders, companies and vendors to drive innovative technology projects.
This year’s judging panel comprising of CIO editors, business entrepreneurs and industry professionals were impressed by OnGuard’s major transformation from a software company to a supplier of business solutions and services. “OnGuard develops its software from a customer-centric point of view; an approach which is revolutionary today,” said Fons Trompenaars, professor at THT Intercultural Management and member of the judging panel. “Services are provided in real-time via cloud computing. OnGuard is consistently open to new ideas and technologies and is able to implement these solutions according to the needs of its customers and in keeping with its company vision. Throughout the process, OnGuard has demonstrated enormous enthusiasm.”
The award win reflects the success OnGuard has achieved to date, and serves as a stimulus to continue creating innovative products in the future. The other TIMMIES winners were ABN Amro, and Cisco.
