London-based mobile phone operator, TruPhone, have today announced it has implemented OnGuard’s credit management software to replace its existing providers.
Truphone have taken OnGuard’s ICMS, DCMS and Data Analysis Module software to improve its revenue flow and increase workload efficiency in the credit, collections and complaints department.
TruPhone operate on a global scale providing a ‘borderless’, low-cost roaming service to an international clientele. With a customer base of this scale, TruPhone specifically chose OnGuard for its capabilities in dealing with large-scale data volumes with effective, timely results.
TruPhone is OnGuard Uk's next client and follows shortly after OnGuard announced the opening of its new office in London.
