OnGuard at the CRF Expo in Chicago, USA

The Credit Research Foundation is an independent, non-profit, member-run organization, with a dynamic community of like-minded business professionals with a vested interest in improving and fostering the field of business-2-business credit while focusing on the practices and technologies of the discipline. CRF is the premiere industry advocate for the B2B credit community; the bridge in the customer financial relationship.

With over 300 attendees this event has been very well visited and OnGuard was able to establish many new contacts with potential future OnGuard users. In the beautiful renovated JW Marriot Hotel in the centre of the city several topics such as unshackled leadership, the economic outlook and customer profiling, were discussed and resulted in new ideas and views on credit management.

On the agenda were two Expo sessions during which we were able to talk to our existing but also a lot of new relations. Since all the CRF attendees are highly ranked credit professionals they are always interested to hear about the newest technologies in the market and therefore eager to learn about the OnGuard solutions for credit, collection and complaint management. We received a lot of compliments about our newest OnGuard DCMS and OnGuard Gadgets developments. ‘OnGuard has come to the USA at the right moment with the right products and with a very strong strategy and profile’ has been said by several members. Among other activities it is thanks to events such as the CRF Expo that OnGuard has established itself in a short period of 1,5 years in the US market.
