The Etex Group has started working with the credit management software of OnGuard. The Etex group is represented by Promat and Eternit in the Netherlands. At the moment only Eternit Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark are working with OnGuard software, but more countries are planning to implement OnGuard software this year.
OnGuard was chosen from other potential suppliers for a number of reasons. The main reasons is due to the international functionalities the system has such as:
• Administration currency
• Foreign languages
• Hierarchical structure of clients from different offices and countries.
Combined with this was the international experience and knowledge of different cultures OnGuard has. The Etex Group were convinced after seeing the extremely intuitive specific graphical user interface.
The Etex group have a strong focus on cash & working capital, the OnGuard software allows them to mirror this. It contributes to their credit management policy. Etex want to achieve more uniformity with respect to the credit policy and they also want to create uniform reporting from the various offices and countries.
The company has been live for a short time now and they are very pleased with the way the software works. Other companies under the label Etex are keeping a good eye on the credit management developments, to see if the OnGuard software will be an added value for them.
